Got a membership to the gym on the cheap....

Well actually it's a sponsorship.  Into week two and the crazy soreness is starting to go away.

I only use a gym in the winter to get of the bike as much and do strength training.  At first the muscles are just screaming from the new abuse.

Also I swim at the gym.  Helps keep up the cardiovascular and less time on the knees.  Don't get a lot of cardiovascular on the bike this time of year due to doing mostly long sweet spot rides.


I always feel totally pumped, then I look at myself in the mirror and expect to see Arnold Schwarzenegger,  but this skinny bike rider guy is there instead. ....lol
